My goal this year...
So I ran the marathon in 2006 in 4 hrs and 26 minues....this year my goal is to run it (injury free) but cut 1 minute off of every mile...so run in 4 hours.
I have to say, I am feeling great...and ran this morning with a guy in my building...he really pushed me and I ran 8:15 miles for almost an hour!  It felt great...Im on my way to 26.2 miles in under 4 hrs!!
