My head feels like its going to explode...
What do you use.. I have been taking tylenol religously, but its not strong enough!! Help! TIA!
ETA: What other medicines/ pain relievers are "safe" during preganancy??

You should call your doctor. He/she will be able to tell you what's safe to take. I know reg tylenol is ok but I have heard some docs say that other drugs are ok while others say that they are not.

The pain int he butt midwife I am with told me extra strength tylenol.. She has been useless the entire pregnancy so far and I am in the process of trying to find a new OB.. as I have relocated OOT, and it has been over two years since my last pregnancy.. Not to mention my 2.5 y/o isnt making my headache any better!!

I know how you feel...tylenol and even the extra strength do absolutely nothing for me.
Unfortunately, it's the only headache medicine I think is safe for us preggo's to take.
Have someone give you a shoulder massage...that might help a bit.
