my head is killing me...
ive had a headache for about 4 days now..on and off. today it is bad. it feels like its stemming from my sinuses...but im not congested at all. i dont like taking medicine if i dont need to. any suggestions???

I have had the same thing for about a week now. I also flew on Monday morning which really did me in. I am on an allergy medication already so I tried some Sudafed even though I'm not congested...and it helped the pressure and headache temporarily but the side effects
Hope you find some relief.

I say you head to the doc, 4 days of a throbbing headache is NOT normal.

ME TOO I made an appt with the neurologist for Tuesday. I am having such weird head aches every day this past week or so and I don't like to take medicine unless I have to. took Tylenol yesterday and it barely helped. No suggestion just

I would see your dr. It is probably sinus and regular tylenol doesn't work you need and sinus one.
