My heart feels like it's going to burst out of chest!
I know we're supposed to be pumping more blood and feel out of breath, etc., but once or twice a day I feel like I just ran a marathon and my heart can't keep up. And this is only at 24 weeks. What am I going to feel like at 34???

I def feel that and I am at 21 weeks... It is very scary to me.... because it happens all of a sudden.... I hope it calms down soon

I feel the same way sometimes when I go up like a flight of steps or walk kind of fast I get shortness of breath and it feels like my heart is going to burst out of my chest and I am only 12 weeks.

It's funny because I don't get it when I'm working out. I get it all of sudden when I'm sitting at my desk, watching TV or going to bed.

I've had that too, probably from about 20 weeks, I had my thyroid tested and they said I may be hyperthyroid which can cause a rapid heartbeat.

I also had it and it turned out that I had toxemia. You should let your dr know.

I get that too, but it's from eating. I have reactive hypoglycemia and had it with my first child too. If it happens about an hour or so after eating, then that could be the problem.

Awww...It cause of the blood flow. My resting heart rate has been over 90-100 BPM lately...I cant even fathom that sometimes, but explains a LOt!
