My House is Worth What?
Does it annoy anyone else when they have the big dramatic pause, right before the realtor tells the seller what their house is worth?
Ex.
Realtor: "I would list your house......on the market today.......for..........."
Seller: 
Realtor: 
Seller:

Seller: 
Realtor: 
Seller: 
Realtor: 
Seller: 
Realtor: "$825,000!"
