My Ipod is frozen! HELP PLEASE!!
Anyone?
My Ipod seems to have frozen.
I can not turn it off even by holding down the button.
As one song ended & another should have started, it just stopped. The backlight stayed on. The song title stayed up & the time froze too.
I plugged it thinking it was in need of a charge. Now the red circle "Do Not Disconnect" is flashing.
If I unplug it is now stuck on the menu but at least the light goes out
HELLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP!!!!

This happenes to me all the time - in fact, I remember posting on here with the same post as you - the website above will show you how to reboot!
