My iPod isn't working...
Nothing shows up on the screen when I plug it in. Is there anything that I can do at home? Or, is there a store in Suffolk that I can take it to?

check to make sure the wire is plugged in all the way.
When you plug your ipod in - do you see anythig different on the actual ipod - what does the screen show?

I believe there's an apple store in the walt whitman mall. Is there an 800 number you can call? Maybe there's one listed on the itunes website.

I don't know about Suffolk but if you take it to RF Mall, the store there will help you solve anything.

Nothing.
possible things "wrong" 1. your ipod is not charged 2. your wire may not be plugged in all the way
Try restarting your computer to make sure the wire is okay. You can also try resetting your ipod.
I'm not sure about taking it to an iPod store, but whenever I've had problems, I call customer support and they help me out.
