My kid MUST be crazy!!!!
Last night at around 11, Megan woke up screaming. I went into her room but refused to pick her up (kudos to me..I have a VERY hard time with this!) Anyway..I just kept saying SHHH..didnt work. If I pat her, she just gets worse, thinking I am going to pick her up. So I break out into song. "You are my sunshine" which I have been singing to her since I got pregnant. Would you know that it actually put her back to sleep?!?!?!?! I mean, I sing it to her all the time, but never tried it as a comforting tactic to go back to bed.
Either shes the one person in the world that appreciates my singing voice OR she was just trying to escape the awful sounds that were coming out of her mother...within 10 minutes, she was fast asleep for the night!

That is awesome! Bryan loves ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
It's funny how they can be hysterical, you start singing and they just stop!

Awww....DH always tells me to stop singing b/c my voice is awful...I told him as long as Taylor likes it I will keep singing to her.
And good for you for not picking her up...I have problems with that as well.
