My latest pregnancy symptom.
last week it was hip pain.
This week?
Leg cramps in the middle of the night.
W T F ??????????
Excruciating pain at 3:04am

Bananas! They were the only thing that saved me from more bad leg cramps. I guess it's a lack of potassium..

isn't it the worst!!! especially if you are all comfy and you get a nice stretch in...it's like seriously??? this morning i stretched and held my breath for the leg cramps but i didn't get any!!

I've also heard that leg cramps are caused by dehydration, so try water, too.
