My Life as an Acronym:

Ever since we started TTC, I’ve been realizing that my life has become an acronym:

We decided to TTC , and it started simply with checking my CM, looking for EWCM. I also started checking my BBT first thing in the AM. When that didn’t work, I started using OPKs.

After several months, I noticed AF wasn’t regular, so I went to the OBGYN shouting “SOS”. He checked my FSH and my LH and recommended that I use the CBEFM and start Clomid. And he gave DH a SA.

Every month, TBAF would be late after the 2WW and I would POAS using an HPT hoping to get a BFP, but instead got BFNs.

I was feeling SOL and felt like going AWOL, so I went to an RE PDQ. The RE said I have PCOS, and took blood work checking: CBC, CMV, ESR, HBsAg, HCV, TSH, FSH, and LH. I also got an U/S and a PAP and a HSG. DH went back for his bloodwork and another SA.

Now I start IUIs, hoping to get a BFP on my HPT before I move to IVF.

and now that I moved on to IVF I have to have BW and US every other day to figure out when to have ER and ET , then only to be in the 2WW

ANd then we celebrate the BFPs with a LIF TTC GTG!!

Sometimes POAS aren't available, so I had to buy a PIAPC (P in a plastic cup)

I prefer POAS; Gotta work on my aim with this cuppy thingy.
