My Little Houdini (carseat help!)...
Well, we call Kaylee "little Houdini". Every time we're in the car, she manages to get her arms out of the straps and then proceeds to lean over to the side and look out the window. She thinks it's hysterical....I obviously don't. I always tighten the straps when I put her in....as tight as I possibly can and yet somehow, she always wriggles out. We have a Britax Marathon. I've never had this issue with my son, so I don't think it's anything I'm doing wrong exactly. Is there something out there...some sort of product to prevent this (short of krazy gluing the straps to her shirt)? She makes me a nervous wreck when I'm driving. Help!

I keep saying it, but then when she thinks I'm not paying attention, she does it again. It makes me especially nervous, because I feel like I'm paying more attention to her than the road sometimes . I actually read a pointer where somebody would tie the two straps together with a bandana (sp?) and knot it. Her daughter was then so focus on trying to untie the bandana that she left the straps on. I think I may try this.

Lexi was my Houdini...
I bought extra buckles for her carseat...this was years ago though. I dont remember where I bought them. But I added 2 so no matter what she did she couldnt get her arms out b/c she couldnt push the buckles all the way down.
