My little Victory at Macy's
So I went to Macy's today to buy a new suit. while shopping I noticed that they had the identical suit I bought in August, for $60 less! since it's been more than 30 days, I couldn't get the price adjusted. GRRR!
so, I bought the suit and will be returning it tomorrow with the receipt from August
I WIN!

macy's is such a pushover.
I bought FH dress shoes - they were having a sale the NEXT day, but FH needed them in the morning. so they guy told me just to come back with the receipt to get the discount. Your bet your arse I did!
my grandma is the queen of returning old stuff to macys when it goes on sale

I'm with grandma!  I ALWAYS hang on to my receipt.
so I basically got a Jones NY suit for $70!!   it's so nice and fits like a dream. one of the best things I like about it, it does not wrinkle one bit!

they may not honor the price you paid even with the receipt. They could end up giving you back exactly what you paid esepcially since it's past 30 days.
Just playing the other side here.

why do you say that? they have a 180 day return policy w/the receipt.
ETA: the cashier at Macy's told me to do it.
