My mom put her house on the market! UPDATE: SOLD!!!!!
I'm kind of sad about it--this is the house I grew up in!
BUT, when she sells it, she can finally come down to NC to be closer to us! 
So, if you know anyone who may be looking for a house in Farmingdale...

Update 6/25:
My mom just called and said that she got an offer, and she accepted!!!! Her house was only on the market for a week!!!!!!!!
YAY now she'll be moving down really soon!!!!!!!

My mom says that she "knew" it would sell quickly, but in this market, I was just a bit more skeptical. I'm so relieved!
