My neighbors are blasting christmas music outside their house!!!!!!!
Our neighbors decorated their house today. Beside the Christmas carols that are blasting outside their house (we can hear it inside OUR house at 11pm) - they have a hanging life-sized Santa in front of their house and the top part and lower parts of their house have lights that flicker so fast it could make you seize. Horay for Christmas, but c'moooooon! LOL

If it's the first night........it wouldn't bother me, they are probably excited and proud of the job they did....if it continues to be that loud and that late I would speak to them...

ETA: I would write them a note- love the decorations but could you turn down the music a tad or have it off at 9... I have work... yada yada
