Get inserts to put in the back of them. or buff it out with a file.
for a quick fix, put a bandaid on the inside of the heel part.

Go and invest in Moleskin. It can be found in drugstores. Best thing ever!!!

i already have heel grips in which are helping them stay on but i think it might be aggravating the side of the ankle problem.
