My new breakfast
I wanted to recommend my new breakfast because it's low cal and yummy.
Wasa 7 grain crisps (I think they are 20 calories each) spread with light cream cheese and topped with a little smoked salmon.
It's really yummy if you want to break up your breakfast routine.

Great tip. I bet the cream cheese fills you up too. Im getting a little sick of oatmeal....

I bought the sesame ones, (1 point each on WW) and put a teaspoon of light cream cheese on it- it was real yummy and kept me feeling full!!!
