My new cd3 results after two months of acupuncture and wheat grass pills!
i have been going to acupuncture once a week for about two months now, and i have been taking 7 wheat grass pills a day for a little over two months now and i just got my new cd3 results! It seems to be working!!
September cd3 Results:
Estradiol: 58
LH: 11.3
FSH: 9.0
January cd3 Results:
Estradiol: 27.8
LH: 6.7
FSH: 7.8
i wish the FSH was a little bit lower, but this is DEFINITELY better!!
Wheat grass pills and acupuncture seem to be working!!

thank you for posting this.
i have high LH (FSH is normal) - i have been taking dexamethasone to manage it. but i would def love to try some natural remedies as well and will be asking my RE about this.

I have read so much on here about how acupuncture has helped people that i figured i would try it out. After i started, there was a difference in my cycles immediately. (TMI Alert) I feel like my period is a lot more normal now, and i get more symptoms before i get AF and it lasts a little longer and is a bit heavier. Before acupuncture, i never got any symptoms of AF and I had a VERY light period. Now, it's the way it used to be when i was in my early twenties which is much better! it just feels more "normal"

if you dont mind me asking - is PCOS the cause of your high hormone levels? just wondering. for me it is.
are you doing any med protocols this cycle?

I have not been diagnosed with PCOS - i am doing IVF bc i have an inherited disease in which there is a 50% chance that i could pass it on to my children so we will be doing PGD and IVF
It's funny bc when started seeing my RE, we assumed i didnt have any fertility problems (and we still don't know if i do since i havent had a cycle yet) but when my first blood work came back, we realized i had a high FSH level. i think we're just trying this cycle first to see how everything goes - it seems like my RE is assuming i dont have any fertility issues and will proceed in the normal course to see what happens. he never seemed too concerned about my levels and since i am so new at this, i didnt know if i should be concerned either!
I am starting Lupron on Jan. 18 and will take that for two weeks, then i start stimming. are you doing IVF? or IUI?
i am just hoping everything works out well!!
