My new diet so far...

I am nearing the end of week three on my new diet. I am doing the zone diet frozen delivery, they deliver, once a week, a package with 3 meals a day for me. I have been good, but not perfect. I would rather lose weight slowly this time than torture myself by never going out or never drinking with my friends.

So, at nearly the end of week three I have lost approximately 8lbs. I still have 9 to go (til my first mini-goal, but not my goal weight), but I am pretty happy so far!

Here is hoping I can stick to it this time!

My friend at work does Zone Chefs.. is that what you're doing? She gets fresh delivery every morning. I want to do it.

Can I ask how much you pay for it frozen?

I do frozen, because I live in Vegas, so they don't have fresh here (although when I was in NY I did fresh and I like this better).
They just changed their name, its Chef's Diet now, but same thing.
