my newborn sleeps all the time...
day and night - is that normal? when will he start waking up more? I shouldn't be worried should I? he is only a week old.

I went through this dont worry the baby is fine. Newborns sleep about 20 hours a day. Enjoy it now

Sleep while you can! DD slept almost all the time for the first 2 weeks, I thought something was wrong, too.

Mine also slept almost ALL the time at first. Now at 8 weeks, she still sleeps for the better part of every day.

My son is 3 1/2 weeks and sleeps ALOT. I have a total Mommy lack of sleep brain b/c I cant remember how much my other 2 slept at this age.
