my other issue- rusty water?

at the inspection the water in the bathroom came out rusty at first? Think this is a major issue? The sellers have agreed to get a plumber in but think this is some thing to be alarmed about- I know we are thinking about having the water tested. One good thing is that it wasnt happening in the kitchen.

If the water heater is old and no one has been living in the house than its probably that. That happened to us. Rust sits at the bottom inside and when you finially go to use it it heats from the bottom I think and then it mixes. I really wouldnt be to alarmed again if noone is living their. If someone is then I would have it checked out.

Oops just realized this belongs on the home board!- but yes someone is living there so Im a little concerned. Plus there isnt a hot water heater- it runs thru the boiler the water.
