My poor little guy... **UPDATE**
has to have his tongue clipped tomorrow. I know it's the best thing for him to have it done now, and not have to go through what my DD went through at the age of 4, but I still don't want my baby to go through pain...
Update: Ryan did so great...he didn't even cry until the doc had to put pressure on the bleeding. He actually wanted to eat right after too, which is a great sign.

He is 2 months old. My DD was tongue tied too and the pediatrician at the time was against doing anything unless there was a problem. Well, at the age of 4, between her lisp and then the dentist said it was completely affecting the way her teeth came in, that it would have to be cut. It was such a traumatic experience for a 4 year old. She had to be put completely out, where if you do it before 4 months old, they can just use numbing agents. I am completely "for" doing it early, just stinks that he has to.
