My projects! *FIXED*

I've been getting the urge to paint, so I went to the ceramic store and bought some stuff.

The first is my christmas tree. I need to spray it and glue the lights in, but the painting is done.

The second is my Thanksgiving napkin holder. I think it's actually a salt and pepper shaker holder, but I decided I like it better as a napkin holder.

I'm now starting on a Christmas music box, but I'm still thinking about my color scheme.

Did you have to fire & glaze these pieces? Where did you go? I used to LOVE ceramics but haven't been in years.

Actually, the thanksgiving napkin holder is plaster, I got it plasterkraze in selden. The tree and music box I got from a ceramic store that sells on ebay!!!!

It's called pour my heart out ceramics i think. They had such a great selection, and I found it easier than trying to find a store on LI without going to once upon a dish in Garden City. The Ebay store pours the mold really heavy and the quality is really good.
