My puppy is good for my diet!
I've been walking with her for the past few days and it's great for both of us! She keeps me motivated to walk, it gets out her puppy energy and she loves it. Can't wait til spring when it'll be great walking weather!

I can't wait to start walking Molly again! Hopefully if it stays nice out we can start soon! God knows I need the exercise!
