My seller's gave us a "sneak peak" and super discounts of their garage sale!
Here's what we bought:
Leaf Blower/Vacuum
Black and Decker Hedge Trimmer
Tree Limb Trimmer (not electric)
2 rakes
snow shovel
regular shovel
large broom for driveway cleaning
big red wheelbarrow
6 foot wooden ladder
2 ton car jack
propane tank stand (plastic)
metal table legs (retractable, now we just need plywood)
Full Size GE refigerator with ice maker (this one is in their basement and I have THE SAME frige in my condo WITHOUT the icemaker that we paid $500 for 4 years ago)
glass top patio table with 8 plastic chairs
BBQ (heats to 700 degreea, 2 propane tanks, motorized rotisserie with side firing burner and fish grill attachment)
ALL for the PRICE OF (drumroll)
$280

You save a bunch, those are all things would have bought anyway!
(sorry, just 1 question.... the fridge wasn't going to come with the house?)

This one is in the basement. All of the kitchen appliances were included with the sale of the house (as well as window treatments) and then the Mrs. told me that she has throw pillows that match the living room window treatments, so she's just going to leave them for us.

Yeah, for getting their full asking price, they aught to be. 
They priced the house well, though. So, I can't complain too much.

that was great for them to do it. They probably figured it's eaier for you to buy them and then nothing needs to be moved.

That's fantastic. Our seller's left us a bunch of great outdoor stuff - snowblower, lawn mower, wheelbarrow, ladder and a ton of other items as well.
