My shower is tomorrow and I'm a little sad.
I am so excited for it but in the past 2 days I have had 2 friends cancel because they are sick (although I think there is more behind 1 of them). I received both cancellations via email ! And, they didn't even call my mom who is hosting! There were already a few friends who couldn't make it because of prior commitments, etc. so I feel sort of down that so many of the people I really wanted there won't be there. Of course, I know that there wil be a ton of other people there, but it still makes me a little sad.

I had an amazing time!!!! Thanks so much for asking! While I missed those who weren't there, I was surrounded by so many people and so much love that it was hard to notice. KWIM? Everyone were so incredibly generous, I still can't get over it. My mom worked so hard and didn't neglect a detail. She also made me the best scrapbook of my life until my pregnancy, which will be completed when DD is born. I was bawling!
Now, we just have to figure out how to get everything back to Westchester...we are going to have to make more than 1 trip!!
