My first apartment in Brooklyn had a bathroom like that! Pink tiles on the wall, pink floor, pink toilet. It was like a cotton candy had exploded. But it was just a rental so I never changed a thing (nor would I want to; it was kind of cool).
I knew it looked like it was from the 50's, but I had no idea it was called "Mamie Pink" after Mamie Eisenhower. Cute link!

we have a pink bathroom that is so AWFUL! But we have to sit with it for a year or two as well. To top it off I freaking hate the color pink.

She dragged me shopping yesterday, we ended up with white tericurtain, with white shag rug, and vintage decorative towels in black and white. Doesnt look so bad LOL

I had a pink bathroom in my 1st apartment!
I believe the original bathroom in my current co-op was pink (based on other units) but it has been changed, and it wasn't done well.
I want to change it, perhaps I should change it back to the original!
I love the poodle shower curtain with it.

This is awesome! I picked a pink carpeting for one of our bedrooms, and DH was fighting me on it tooth and nail. It is my office / girly room now. If I never have a little girl, it will just stay our girly guest bedroom. I love pink!

I've bene living with my Pepto Pink bathroom for almost 9 years!!
Actually, the sink and toilet in the pepto pink color are gone and replaced with white, but now we still have the tub to take care of!

i have a fabulous pink bathroom as well! it's not from the 50s though--it's from the 80s 
i can't wait to rip it out!
