my sister is pregnant...
11 weeks and she told me today...in an email. I guess that sums up our relationship, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
I am happy for her, she said she waited b/c things are going perfect and she has to have some nuclear test next week, I never heard of that, even when I got to eleven weeks.
Oh, please God I need it to be my turn eventually, everyone around me is pregnant.
Sorry, just a little pity party today.

I am so scared the exact same thing will happen to dh. His twin sister just started trying this month. I would be so happy for her.. but, it would hurt so bad at the same time.

My four closest friends all had baby girls last year. Somewhere in the middle of all this, I lost a pregnancy that was a natural miracle in the first place.
It was truly the worst year of my life. I got so tired of throwing baby showers (I was MOH for two of them and a BM for another - how could I not?). At all three showers I excused myself to the bathroom to cry in peace.
Now some of my friends are talking about #2 and starting to ttc again.

and the test is called a Nuchal Fold Translucency...it's to test for Down's. I have a pet peeve about people calling it a nuclear test.

I'm sorry- I have a strong feeling my SIL is going to announce in the next month or so that she's pg... before IVF even started I told DH if this cycle didn't work it was going to be hard for me to hear- now- I can't even imagine. It'll be our turn soon sweetie. It has to be....

It's never easy to hear someone's PG when you are dealing with IF (whether you're happy for the person or not). Two of my BF's are PG right now. As happy as I am for them, I would be a liar if I said it didn't hurt
