My neice is 19 and goes to Cortland (as does her brother).

I am so sorry for your loss......
My friends text constantly and I worry about them losing concentration in the car... thank you though for sharing this with us because its something that most people don't think is a big deal, but it's so important to raise awareness about.

I'm so sorry to hear this.
My brother's best friend from the time they were in Elementary School was killed in a plane crash last year. Watching my brother go through that (and still deal with it) was the hardest thing for me to see.

Where was this?
We found out that our friends daughter was killed yesterday as well, but we couldn't get any details. The accident was in PA.

Yes! It happened in PA. They were driving home from cortland to NY. The girls name is Jamie.
My sister is so so sick over it...she was supposed to be heading to her house today to celebrate her 20th bday.
My sister has had an awful year..lots of sickness, hit by a car on campus (She was ok..), boyfriend broke up w/her etc...now she loses her best friend. I hope she can cope this summer. I feel so heartbroken for her..
