My swiffer broke...should I replace it or can you recommend something else?

My swiffer just broke. I was just going to get another but now I am thinking there may be something better out there?

I have hardwood floors, and in the kitchen I have ceramic. The kitchen is what I am most concerned with because I like to go over it every night. Its a really light floor and it shows EVERYTHING.

Can anyone recommend something else rather than the swiffer? I liked it because it was quick and easy but didnt do a great job. Anyone?

Bona! Got it last week and its fabulous on my floors. I especially like that its 'green', but it does a great job.

I also have the bissel steam mop, but the bona works better (I have dark cherry floors and the bissel seemed to leave a film. They shine with the bona)

I replaced my swiffer when it broke because I think it's good for tiled floors (bathrooms, mud room).

I use the Bona on our wood floors though.

Can you get this in any of the stores or is this online only?

How much are they?

TIA! I have issues with always trying to try new stuff..........Chat Icon

ETA that the bissel is quick too...all you have to do is plug it in and go.....no soap, no bucket.
