My toilet has seen its last day...
I knew it was only a matter time.
Now on to finding a plumber I guess and buying a new toilet.
More money we don't have to spend

IF you are just replacing a toilet Lowes installs them for about 250

I agree-it is heavy but can be done very easily. Also check out the Habitat for Humanity Restore in Middle Island--they have toilets for about $30. We got a black low profile toilet there and my husband installed it

I installed our toilet also, it was so easy and took about 30 min. I just want to add that I am not a handy person at all.

I hired a guy from the Pennysaver, he charged me $50.00 and it took him 30 minutes, tops.
