i thought the same thing--- i had heard that they were just testing it out in certain areas--- maybe they're done testing for now? I don't have it anymore either.

Yeah, I also found it doesn't come up all the time. It seems to come up if it's a regular phone number. But if it's an 800 number or something like that, it doesn't.

My DishNetwork caller ID has been working flawlessly for several years now. Never had a problem, and it always shows up.
I understand what you mean about not having it, though. DW and I get all confused when we watch a DVD, since the DVD player doesn't have that feature. We'll just stare at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds, trying to figure out why it isn't showing up....
