My UltraScreen is today, I could use some good thoughts
All the days leading up to today I was excited. I woke up this morning nervous, excited and anxious all in one!
Please send some good thoughts our way.
Ladies who already had yours done, how long was the appointment? Mines is at 1:30 and I am wondering if I will be out before 3pm.

don't worry...everything WILL be fine!!! 
mine lasted about 5 minutes so unless you are seeing the doc afterward you should be there too long

Most likely be done by 3. Its not that long. Sonogram and a finger prick for blood sample.

I was in and out in about a half hour (maybe 40 minutes) including waiting, getting the u/s, and having them take blood, so I think you should be done by 3pm.
If the baby is not in the right position or moving TOO much, it may take longer. I drank some orange juice (sunny d actually) before my appointment so that baby would be a little active.

You should be done by 3 unless of course you get stuck in the waiting room or something.

It depends on how long you have to wait. Once I got in there, It was about 30 minutes. I also had the genetic counseling that day and that took about 20 minutes. GOOD LUCK!! It was such an amazing appointment! You will love seeing your little one!!

If it's at North Shore expect to never get outta there- lol both my 12w and 20w sono appointments began with an hour and a half wait, lol. My actual ultrascreen was about 45 mins though. Woulda been shorter but we had to do some walking/shaking/drinking to get the baby to move into a better position.
I was SO nervous going but thankfully everything was great and the tech will most likely let you know that so u don't go crazy waiting.
