My worst fear happened.
I got laid off.
I don't know what to say right now. I feel so horrible right now. I loved my job. It was such a big part of my life. Now it's gone, all gone.
UPDATE
I am feeling much better. Turns out, my company is doing horribly. The best part is my Manager sent a news letter saying the the company is finanacially strong.  Whatever.
I got severence- it covers me for 4 months. I am really lucky. In addition, they consider me working until the 21st of this month. I am "technically" employed. So the 21st, I am filing for unemployment.
I realize that things happen for a reason. I was supposed to relocate to Hauppaugue which would have been a very long commute. I am in Hicksville. I would have been very miserable- I was facing a demotion from Site Supervisor because they were closing my office and we were being pooled into a big office and there was no position for me.
I am taking it easy and brushing up my resume. The job hunt begins!

I know how you feel - I was unemployed for 5.5 months last year. At least it is the summer and you can enjoy the nice weather.
Take a few days off to relax....and get your thoughts together and then start sending out the resumes.
indeed.com is a great site to look for a job on.
