Nail recovery after tips

Wedding is over, nails are off. I cant stand this process but its got to be done....real nails are some much better.

Any recommendations on what will work best for repair and growth of these ugly brittle nails?

I used Titanium Strength but forgot who makes it. I kept applying it every 2 to 3 days. My nails are still suffering.

agreed!

I took off tips a few years ago, my nails NEVER grew even before tips. I used Nailtique #2. My nails were so thin at first it actually hurt when I applied it.

Now I've had quite a few women ask what I use in the manicure shop, my nails grow beautifully. I have to cut them down on a regular basis. This never happened before, may nails used to me so think the would bend, and peel constantly.

Lately I've been using rejuvacote but it was definitely nailtique that got me here.

Re: Nail recovery after tips

maybe around $20 for a small bottle.

We just got 20% 1 item coupons at Ulta - I wonder if you can use that?

i was gonna post the same thing i've had tips w/the acrylic on for like years and i just took them off like a week ago and they are so brittle and weak but they are growing just that they keep splitting and breaking. i saw that most have used nailtique #2 and that seems to work wonders where can i get it?

Re: Nail recovery after tips

I've been through this process a bunch of times and I have to say, out of everything I've tried, nailtique, nailtek, etc- my favorite/best working product is:

Sally Hansen- Get Growing Multip Vitamin Nail Growth Solution- it's not a polish- but a solution you rub in two to three times a day- REALLY helps strengthen nails
