Names for the twins....
DH and I are trying to pick out names for our boys.
Do you think Jake and Jack are too similar?
I want the names to go together and we both love these
I just don't want them to sound silly together.

Having same problem here...naming twins is so hard because they will be 2 seperate people but I always picture calling them at the park and hearing one awesome name and one borin one...I like jack and jake but named my puppy jack so I just picture him lol....I say if u and dh love names go for it!

yes - but jacob would be called Jake...
we're considering jacob - knowing full well i would be the ONLY one to call him jacob....everyone else would go with Jake.

sorry to crash...
I think they're a lil too similar IMO... my brothers are Joshua and Jared and their names were constantly getting mixed up by their teachers - and they're years apart!

I love them individually, but together they sound so similiar. IMO
Could you maybe use one name as a first name for one of the boys and the other as a middle name for the other boy? At least then you are using both names that you like.
