Nanny Agencies/Websites?
Does anyone have any they recommend? I need to find one soon and dont know where to begin!

I found mine on Craigslist. I was very hesistant at first but since the posting was free, I figured why not give it a try; the worst that could happen was I would end up at an agency again. I found someone that I liked and interviewed her. I also found a service that will run the background checks for you since this is really what you are paying an agency anyway. Everything worked out great. Also, just an FYI, a lot of the nanny services advertise on Craigslist as well.

www.anannyonthenet.com, but they charge a hefty placement fee. They do all the reference and background checks for you though.
