Nap Schedule at 6 mos old...

At 6 mos old what is/was your child's nap schedule? When and for how long do they sleep during the day?

Andrew takes an hour nap right after his morning bottle.

Then about 3-4 hr nap in the afternoon.

Then another 1hr before dinner.

Nicholas doesnt sleep. He might take a 1/2 hour to a 1 hour nap in the morning and again in the afternoon if I am lucky.

DD is 4 1/2 months old, but I'll share our schedule.

wake up around 7-7:30

naptime around 8:30/9:00 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours

2nd naptime around 1:00 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours

often another nap from 4:30 to 5:30, but not always

bedtime around 7 or 7:30

I don't let her nap for more than 2 hours at a time- I'll wake her up.

Lauren is 7 months.

She wakes about 9 a.m. and has a bottle.

Breakfast at 10:30; NAP at 11 a.m. (usually 1-2 hours, more often than not, its just an hour).

NAP again at 3 p.m. Will sleep for 2.5-3 hours.

Bed at 8:30-9 p.m.

DD is 6 1/2 mos old. She wakes up at 6 has a bottle and has been going down at 7ish for about an hour. Breakfast at 9am then another nap 1-2 hours. Then lunch at 12 and another nap 1-2 hours. Sometimes there is late afternoon nap (apporx 15-30 min). She goes to bed about 6:30.
I'm lucky she takes naps pretty easily.

DD takes about an hour nap after her morning bottle. In the afternoon she will take a 2-3 hour nap and then usually takes another short nap around 5pm. She is usually ready for bed around 7:30pm.

it varies depending on what time she wakes up (usually around 8, but sometimes as early as 7 or late as 9).

She'll generally go down for a nap an hour or two after she wakes up, and it can be 1-2 hours.

Then she naps every 2 hours or so, for 30-45 minutes. If she skips a nap, the next one is generally longer.

She's in bed around 8pm.

Megan is only 4 months old but I will share too..

She wakes up at around 10 30- 11 00

Has her bottle and goes back to sleep around an hour later for about an hour.

Takes another nap at around 4 for about 2 hours.

Sometimes will fall asleep around 8 and sleep for another hour but more often than not, this is not the case.

She goes to sleep for the night at
10 00- 11 00

Naps from 10:30-2pm

Bed at 7pm

Roman used to take an hour nap after his wake up bottle then an hour nap after breakfast and lunch. Sometimes an hour nap before dinner. He was taking about 3-4 hour naps a day. Now he does about 2.5-3.

What's a nap schedule? She hardly naps and when she does, it's never scheduled

Hayden has no schedule, he sleeps when he wants to, but it's usually two-three a day and they can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
