IMO, anything as close to the center as possible in the 200's is the best for when you want to see the whole arena floor. Looking at this ( http://seatics.tickettransaction.com/ringling-nassau_tn.gif) it looks like they cut off a small section for backstage. So in that case I would go for 203/204, 216/217 first and then 202/205, 215/218. If you are able to get the first 2 or 3 rows of the 300's for a little cheaper those would be good too.
