Nassau Coliseum Parking help
I am going to a concert there tonight and have a question about parking.
Where is the best spot to park there?
Last time I was there it took me an 1hour to get out after the event...Should I park near the exit (and then just have a longer walk to the entrance) but a faster exit?
Any insides would be great! TIA!!!!

Re: Nassau Coliseum Parking help
Park all the way at the end near the exit, so this way when you leave you can just drive right out. It is totally worth the walk

Re: Nassau Coliseum Parking help
Park on the Nassau Community side, the Charles Lindberg entrance. Most people enter thru the Hempstead Tpke or the side gate near Hofstra, those entrances are always blocked up.
Enter at the hotel entrance near Stewart Ave, and go all the way down to the handicapped spaces - past where most people are making the right to turn in the parking lot. You will get a closer spot, but still a quick exit from the lot after your event is over.
Trust me, I do it at minimum 42 times a year.

DH wanted me to go with him, but I don't think I can sit thru it.
Have fun. Let us know how it goes.
