Nassau county spraying tonight for mosquitos
I just got a call from the Nassau County Emergency Services Office that they are spraying tonight after dusk for mosquitos who might be carrying the West Nile virus. They advise children and pregnant women (2 strikes for me) to stay inside during spraying and for at least 30 mins afterwards with the windows closed.
Just thought I would share.

 I know my backyard is going to be filled with all of those pesticides.

I just spoke with him.... he says that the a/c isn't pulled from the air outside. He says that's the reason why we have the intake filters IN the house...
It pulls the air from inside the house, and all the hot is taken outside and that's what the units are.
Does this sound right to anyone?

I really have no clue.
So does this mean that if you have CAC, it is ok to run it while they spray?

That's what my dad is telling me....
I think that the recirculating thing is more for wall/window units.

That's what my dad is telling me....

I remember b4 my parents had the CAC put into the house... there was a closed/open vent on the wall units.
