Nasty Office Manager-OMG
Ok this biotch just hung up on me, I was calling to inquire about when posts were done on two of my teeth...because the office billed out for them, but they aren't on the x-ray I had done a month ago with a new dentist.
So I called the office at 9 am, and spoke to one of the dental assistants, and asked her to have the office manager call me back, she just called me back now-and she kept cutting me off on the phone, getting snippy, that she's looking at the x-ray with the post, ect. -I told her "I don't know what the cross communication is, but it's not on an x-ray that was taken a month ago, so I'll have to call the other dentists office, but in the meantime"--and then she interrupted me again to say that she's looking at it-so I said "are you going to let me finish what I'm saying?"--and she said "go ahead"...so I told her she'd either be hearing back from me, my attorney, or my union-and then she said "fine, ma'am, I'm calling the union now" and hung up on me....I don't know what she plans to tell the union when she calls...however, if there is in fact no post in the tooth-I'll have them kicked off the plan for fraudulent billing.
She's married to one of the dentists...I can't even believe how nasty she was.

I can't stand dentists...or their "office managers". I've yet to find a dentist that hasn't dicked around with me.
My last root canal was done incorrectly. There's a big piece of the root still left in there. Guess what...when I went back to call him on it, he tried to claim he hadn't done the root canal!!!!!!

Today has got to be bad CS day.
I just had a really bad experience calling the insurance company for our leather couch. If my people ever spoke to a Customer the way this person spoke to me, I can guarantee they would be walked out.
