Natural Child Birth Books
I am going to try to go natural and I wanted to know if you knew any books that might help me. Its been a long time and I would like to order it on line

I took Hypnobirthing. It was great. I will find the link to the books I used..
The Birth Book : Everything You Need to Know to Have a Safe and Satisfying Birth
and Hypnobirthing: The Mongan Method
I also think the Bradley Method is wonderful

I did Birthing From Within and used a doula. I highly suggest using a doula if you want to go all natural. It is an amazing support to have in addition to your husband.

I almost went natural. I had the epidural in for only and hour...darn 16 hours of back labor!

Try Hypnobirthing. I just read Birthing from Within and I didn't really like it, it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

I've heard the Bradley Method is one of the best although I haven't read anything about it yet.
