"Natural" Diet pills
I've done WW, I've exercised. I just had a baby and I simply don't have the time or energy anymore to do those - even though I know they both work. I tried WW again and I failed at it I do try to walk with my DS in the evenings and weekends though.
I want to try those diet pills, like Hydroxycut or whatever but do they REALLY work - does anyone have any experience? Also I am a nervous nelly so does the Hoodia or whatever it is make your heart rate speed up?
Any positive or negative reviews?
I know it's a quick fix. That's what I am looking for at this moment.

Re: "Natural" Diet pills
They dont work and they arent a quick fix. the only real way is to change the way you eat. Exercise alone wont even do it.
Can you try to take one day and cook some food for the week so you have it ready. Thats what I did when I worked full time and went to law school. If you have food available then you wont pick the bad stuff.
Stay away from the pills......they will only harm you.

Re: "Natural" Diet pills
I would stay away from hoodia and hydroxycut. I have used Alli- it is FDA approved so I felt comfortable using it. You do really need to do it in conjunction with WW- I never had issues with the side effects because I was very careful about what I ate. I would also suggest just using it to get yourself "jump started". I was in your shoes (I'm still struggling actually) so I get the need for quick results. You can FM me if you have any other q's about it. You do have to commit to it for a period of time, though, and you really can't splurge even occasionally because the drug lingers in your system.

Ohhhhh and I had the side effects from the Alli and that why I started WW. Really do you want to take a pill and run the risks of having uncontrollable bowel movements.....the warnings are true.
WW works but it is WORK and if you don't put the effort in then it wont work. But then again any of the "fast fixes" only work for a limited amout of time and then once again you have to put the work in.
I say do it the healthy way from the beginning and you will see the results......over 2 years later I am still down my 30 lbs.

Natural Diet pill = oxymoron
Only thing that really works is diet and exercise, in my experience
