Natural FET - monitoring process

Hello Ladies! Can anyone please share your natural FET experiences? This is our next step and I would love to know what I can expect in terms of appointments, etc. I think that I will be going back to North Shore for this, but I'm not 100% sure.

How often did you have to go to the office for monitoring? When does the monitoring start - at the very beginning of your cycle or when you get closer to ovulation?

TIA & Happy Holidays!!

Natural FET - monitoring process

I am just finishing up my Natural FET this week with my transfer being on Friday.

I see Dr. B and my schedule was to go to my first monitoring appointment on CD 12. From that point it really depended on how fast my follies were growing and my lining was thickening. I think I went for 4 monitoring appointments.

Then last Friday at my last monitoring appointment I received an email with a calendar of what needed to be done for the next week. I triggered that night and started some meds, lovenox and crinone over the weekend.

GL!

Thank you for sharing! I have no idea what to expect and I'm just coming off of a failed IVF and I just don't know if I have it in me to go through all those appointments again. So glad to hear that a natural FET has a lot less monitoring.

I think it really depends on your doctor and your body. I would ask them to see what the average is.
