Nature Girl
I take DD out during these beautiful days and she is so happy. Sometimes it's the park, or just our yard, or whatever I can think of. She loves it. The problem? She throws a fit when it's time to come inside. She really has a full blown tantrum and it's embarrassing and frustrating. Does this happen to anyone else? What do you do? TIA

Yes. It used to happen all of the time. We started to say "goodbye tree! goodbye yard! see you later.." It helps to make everything a big game.

when I worked in daycare we used ot set a timer and agreed ahead of time when the bell rang we had to go inside.....corny, but worked!
