Nausea starting in 2nd trimester?

i did not have much nausea in first trimester, but once I hit 12-13 weeks, i am alsmost always feeling off. i am not throwing up, but sometimes come close to it. Where is promised bliss of 2nd trimester? Anyone has the same?

I'm having the same issue, I had no morning sickness until week 13 and now around 5:00pm I feel like I want to vomit, so far have avoided throwing up. Let's hope it is temporary.....
