Nearing end of First Trimester
Morning,
I will be 12 weeks on Saturday and pretty much have had a symptomless first trimester and I am carrying twins, has this happened to anyone else?

I am not carrying twins (only 1....LOL ! ) but I didn't have any morning sickness, nausea, cramps or any pregnancy symptoms during my first trimester .

I think I hate you both a little!
Just kidding - hey that's great - a lot of people don't experience anything. Neither my mom or sis had ANY M/s at all so I was hoping to scoot free of it too. . it hasn't been awful but it's sure a pain. Mostly though I've just had EXHAUSTION
hope your pregnancy stays symptom free

I think every woman is different so if you are lucky enough to bypass M/S then WOOHOO, that's great!!!!

That was me too - the only "symptom" I've had was being a little more tired (so I slept at 10 instead of 11) and even that went away.

I wasn't carrying twins but other than being tired I didn't have many symptoms either! or any!
I've been very lucky through this pregnancy. AS my doc told me...ENJOY it!

Dh keeps saying I could be on TLCs "I didn't know I was pregnant"
I had no symptoms & didn't even gain a lb.
