I knew by naming my son Cailen I would never be able to find his name anywhere... I'm used to it though with my name - Liza!

Re: Neat Idea To Label Bottles For Daycare
I think those are cute, but you would be well annoyed if daycare lost one!!! I got labels made up from this place Easy 2 Name and they are fantastic! They stick on like glue, even in shoes! And I put them on Noah's sippy cups and they have been through the dishwasher perhaps 100 times and they have stayed on!

Yeah me too..I'm Summer and there is never ANYTHING with my name! You can order custom ones though.
I didn't even think about them getting lost..maybe I should just order the labels instead!

Re: Neat Idea To Label Bottles For Daycare
Make sure they say first and last name. Regs for NYS specify first and last name on bottles/cups

I have these and there great! They stay on pretty well. You never have to worry about them falling off.

Re: Neat Idea To Label Bottles For Daycare
We just used permanent Sharpie markers. They've lasted for several dozen washings, can't slip off, match anyone's name, and can label pretty much anything. While it's not pretty or fancy, it's very functional. You can get different colored markers if you don't want black, or want to color-coordinate things, or "fem" things up with red or pink markers, etc. Plus, you can add flowers or hearts, etc.
