Need 100 Days of School Poster Ideas

my kindergartener has to make a poster using 100 pieces of something for Hundreths Day.

Ideas the teacher presented were:
100 goldfish in the shape of a goldfish
100 mini marshmallows in the shape of a snowman
100 stickers in the shape of 100
100 cheerios/fruit loops in the shape of 100
100 cotton balls in the shape of 100
100 heart shaped candies in the shape of a heart

I am trying to come up with a unique idea. I was going to do 100 pennies in the shape of a dollar sign, but this will make the poster to heavy and it willl not hang.

Does anyone have any creative ideas???

100 elbow macaroni in the shape of 100
or what about 100 wagon wheel mac in the shape of a bike
idid the pennies one year.

I had a student make the number 100 out of legos...they didn't have to put it on a poster, so it was 3-d, but if you have to put it on a poster, you could glue the legos....but the 100 legos in the shape of 100 was sooo cool!

Make a giant gumball machine and use bingo markers in all different colors to make 100 gumballs inside

I am not a parent--- but a teacher..a great idea is...to find can goods on sale. Then buy 100 cans,...and have your child stack and count the cans and then donate the cans to a food pantry. You can take pictures to document the whole thing.

Heather, we have to do the same thing. Andrew's 100 things have to fit on a 12x 18 piece of paper and be glued on and not too heavy so it can be hung up at school! So there are some great ideas here.
