Need a crash course
on CBEF sticks!!!
Anyone care to share her expertise on POAS? Just bought my supply today from Costco (lol).
When should I start POAS? And, how do I know when I'm about to ovulate?

There should be a chart on the box. Like I have a 28 day cycle, so I start on CD11.
